Transparency is key to a reliable trading experience. This documentation explains how MT5Run monitors infrastructure health, our available datacenters, and network capabilities globally.

1. Datacenter Availability Matrix

MT5Run uses the best data centers available in every region, housing a large number of premium networks and global internet exchanges. All virtual machines (both Compute and Storage) are deployed on high-performing architectures.

2. Real-time Monitoring

All MT5Run nodes and network uplinks are monitored 24/7 using enterprise-grade telemetry. This includes tracking:

  • Infrastructure Health: CPU/RAM load, NVMe endurance, and localized container health.
  • Network Latency: Sub-ms tracking of connectivity to major broker execution pools over our 40 GbE Network Fabric.
  • Platform Stability: Uptime and responsiveness of the MT5aaS control panel and WebRTC gateways.

Clients can verify platform health through our dedicated dashboard (available at status.mt5run.com). The dashboard provides incident logs with detailed technical breakdowns and historical uptime reports.

Private Networking & BGP

Our private networking allows you to add a second interface to servers in the same location for isolated, extremely fast communication. BGP (BYOIP) is fully supported across all 40 GbE public regions.
