Acceptable Use Policy

The MT5Run infrastructure is built for high-performance trading. To maintain the integrity and speed of our network for all users, we enforce the following usage guidelines.

Your use of MT5Run constitutes acceptance of this Policy. You are liable for any omissions or intentional acts generated during the use of our services.

1. Core Prohibitions

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination:

• Legal Infringement: Violating local laws or regulations, including intellectual property rights.
• Content Restrictions: Threatening, abusive, obscene, indecent, or defamatory material.
• Chain Letters & Pyramid Schemes: Creating or forwarding such schemes.
• Export/Import Violations: Violating export laws without necessary approvals.

High Yield Investment Programs (HYIP) sites are explicitly prohibited.

Admin/Reselling: Creating sub-accounts for third parties without explicit authorization.

2. Network Abuse & Malicious Behavior

The introduction of network exploits or engaging in deceptive practices heavily penalizes low-latency systems. MT5Run enforces a zero-tolerance stance on:

• Viruses, worms, trojans, or malicious programs introduced on the network.
• Security breaches: Port scanning, packet spoofing, flood pings, forging routing details, and attempting to circumvent authentication.
• Denial of Service (DoS) attacks directed from or explicitly terminating to your assigned service IP.
• Executing forms of automated tasks not related strictly to professional Internet services and algorithmic trading, thereby creating excessive "noisy neighbor" behavior.

3. Spam and Unsolicited Mailing

MT5Run operates a high-purity IP space. Sending SPAM or bulk unsolicited "junk mail" via your trading instance is an immediate violation.

Outbound TCP Port 25 is firmly disabled default-wide on all regions without exception unless specifically overridden by engineering leadership. Attempting to circumvent SPAM checks via unauthorized relay techniques is strictly forbidden.

4. Resource Exhaustion

Our infrastructure is tuned for MetaTrader 5. Prohibited resource-intensive activities include:

• High-load rendering or media hosting outside MT5 scope.
• Deep-learning models that saturate CPU limits beyond market standard AI.
• Intentional bypass of resource measurement procedures (bandwidth/utilization metrics).

Abusable resources like open news servers or unsecured mail relays must be secured immediately upon notification.

5. Handling Abuse Reports

Upon notification of an existence of an abusable behavior pattern running from your resource, MT5Run will suspend the container and request intervention. Active avoidance to rectify the problem immediately results in contract termination.
