• Provisioning and maintaining your MT5 trading instances.
• Processing payments securely through our merchant of record, Paddle.
• Providing dashboard access and essential customer support capabilities.
• Running background abuse and fraud prevention algorithms.

3. Sharing of Information

Billing & Payments

All credit card and advanced billing data is secured, tokenized, and processed directly via Creem. We do not store your full card details on our own servers.

Fraud Prevention: We share user information with third-party vendors (e.g., MaxMind, FraudRecord) to prevent abusive and fraudulent activities. We may share information with these services if there are breaches of our terms of service for industry-wide fraud prevention.

4. Data Security and Legal

To provide uninterrupted service, we rely on established cryptographic practices. Your management interactions over WebRTC and standard HTTPS are securely encapsulated.

Your personal data is retained for strictly the period required to keep your account operational, assist with legal obligations (like financial accounting), or continue providing platform access. Once a legitimate reason ceases to exist, your personal records are expunged from primary operations.

We respect user privacy and operate under the principles corresponding to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Specifically:

• Access & Correction: You can edit and update critical profile data directly via the Account section on the MT5Run dashboard.
• Erasure: You can request full deletion of tracking data tied to an expired account by contacting support.
